More of Marc Terenzi

More of Marc Terenzi

Hey Guys

So today i have some more images

Finally Calvin gave some out after

a long struggle but, here they are !

What do you guys think of them ?

Have fun

So Like I said finally I have three new Images for you guys
from the marc terenzi shooting. The Hardest part was to get these
Images for you guys. I had to jump around and really beg for them
but calvin was so kind and gave them out.
Then some latest news aswell as from January on calvin will be on his way
to the usa to take Part at Kellby – Training, but more news about that soon.

Here The first Image with a Vampire Girl

Calvin and his Lightguide " Matthias " had a three light setup again
with two strip light's on each side and a big Octabox infront for the
main light. The Post Production for this Image was about 20 min.
Here the Grumpy Clown.

And a really ugly ugly Zombie -
and all Background's where merged in with Photoshop.

So guys If you have any questions fell free to ask and please let me know
What you guys want to see More from calvin's work.
Don't forget on Wednesday I wil have a small Video tutorial for you.

Thanks guys
Cheers Manni

Really looking forward to hearing more about the classes Calvin will be putting together for Kelby Training. We spoke about it recently during an interview and it sounds really exciting.

i have calvins DVD and i still cant work out how he gets the light and dark areas like that when he dodge and burns. ( especially first pic with the woman )

  4. Hi Anthony
In this pictures i didnt use much dodge and burn.
    Its real lighting i guess.
And dont forget… KNOWING means not that you can do that.
You have to practise a lot.

But as i told you… on the first picture… nearly no dodge and burn.

    Calvin,
OK I’m a fan! I tried this lighting setup tonight with “some” luck, but I certainly need more practice.
I used to strip lights, one on either side of the model, and a socked beauty dish directly over my head in front of the model. But, i did not get the background looking like you did. Everything else is acceptable (although much more practice is needed).
Thanks again for your willingness to share what you have learned.
